KNDS Partners with Polish Industry to Integrate 105MM Artillery Systems

Strategic Collaboration in Defense Manufacturing

On September 10th, 2026, at the International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO 2026 in Kielce, Poland, KNDS announced a significant partnership with Polish industry aimed at integrating 105MM artillery systems into the national defense ecosystem. This milestone Letter of Intent marks an important step in enhancing Poland's military capabilities in artillery systems.

This collaboration underscores Poland's commitment to modernizing its armed forces and strengthening local defense manufacturing. By working closely with local industry, KNDS aims to leverage Poland's existing capabilities while fostering technological advancements in artillery systems. The integration of such systems is expected to enhance operational efficiency and maintain the readiness of Polish forces in a dynamic security environment.

As a result of this partnership, Poland is likely to see improvements in its defense self-sufficiency, reducing reliance on foreign suppliers for critical military equipment. This development not only positions Poland as a more robust player in regional security but also aligns with NATO's broader objectives of enhancing interoperability and collective defense among member nations. The implications of this partnership may extend beyond Poland, potentially influencing defense procurement strategies in neighboring countries.
